We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Managing Director with a strong background in electrical work for one of our regular clients in Winsford. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing all operational aspects and spearheading growth.
This role demands extensive experience in the electrical field, and candidates must currently hold a managerial or director-level position within an electrical company.
The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing accounts and SAGE, handling HR responsibilities, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.
Duties
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the management team
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company's performance
- Supervise and manage all departments to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior management role with a focus on leadership and strategic planning
- Qualified Electrician
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
