Our client Guinness in Runcorn is seeking production operatives who take a pride in what they do are ambitious keen to learn and can add value to this leading brand. It will be your job to make a difference and showcase your skills show your flexibility in different areas of the operation, from moving warehouse stock safely to running the fast-paced demanding lines, ensuring top quality products are manufactured each time.

Required skills
Good concentration and attention to detail to quickly notice errors on a production line
Strong teamwork skills, as the job involves working with others in a team
A technical mind and the ability to work with your hands
Working knowledge of relevant machinery and equipment, including interpretation of production reports and identification of problems
Solid troubleshooting skills to successfully determine the causes of production issues
Knowledge of the relevant safety and quality standards and procedures
The ability to work with minimal supervision and manage their own workload
The role will initially be for 3 - 6 months could extend - a strong work ethic having a fully flexible Attendance and punctuality are key to success in this
Shifts are 12 hours per day, all breaks are paid for. The days of work can be from Monday - Sunday, shift times are 7am - 7pm. Hours are usually a minimum of - 4 days per week - with extra hours allocated, 4 days would be 48 hours pay and 5 days 60 hours.
