What You'll Do:

As a vital part of the sales team, you will support the entire life-cycle of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Customer Queries: Be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Quotes Production: Create accurate and timely customer quotes.
  • Purchase Order Management: Generate Purchase Order numbers as needed.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger tasks.
  • Database Management: Keep systems and databases up to date.
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure deliveries are processed and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring our clients feel valued.
