Your new roleThe main purpose of your role is to provide exceptional administrative support across 2 functions within the business; Sales Support and Payouts, both within the Asset Finance division. Supporting both teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing directly with the Sales Team, creating and maintaining relationships with brokers, vendors and suppliers
- Contacting customers where relevant to obtain all the information required for finance proposals
- Verifying compliance documentation including managing KYC and various searching processes
- Support the underwriting process by creating accurate proposals before handing them over for review
- To progress, chase, and follow up all accepted proposals to ensure sufficient payout
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer account records on relevant internal databases
- To complete the final steps of payment, including sending remittances and welcome packs, then load the deals onto the system
You may be required to support with any other administrative tasks as directed by the Sales and Payouts Managers. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, it is highly advantageous that you have experience within asset finance, ideally within a Sales Support and/or Payouts capacity. Other financial services experience may be considered. Exposure to AML and/or KYC procedures is highly desirable. As an ever-changing industry, you must be adaptable and able to embrace change when it may arise. Attention to detail is key and exceptional communication skills are required when liaising both internally and externally.

The role is offering a fantastic package with a salary bracket of £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience, 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme (please ask for more details), private medical and free parking.
