The Role

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the team, ensuring seamless operations in their  underground facility. From managing storage processes to supporting client visits, your leadership will help maintain their high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Goods In Team effectively.
  • Supervise the storage of documents and archives within DeepStore.
  • Ensure cost controls are maintained within budget.
  • Adhere to and promote Health and Safety regulations on site.
  • Manage internal and external contractors.
  • Facilitate customer visits to an exceptional standard.
  • Operate and maintain a computer-based document tracking system.
  • Perform Command Supervisor duties under MASHAM.
  • Oversee internal administration, including preparation for monthly invoicing.
  • Supervise the receipt and preparation of documents for transportation and retrieval.
  • Train, develop, and manage the workload of the operations team.
