Are you an experienced and highly organised Office Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a successful company in their field, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Office Manager & Bookkeeper. With over 30 years of industry experience, our client prides themselves on their exceptional products and dedicated team.What you'll do:

  • Supervise daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Liaise with multiple departments to keep stock and order processing up to date
  • Manage administrative tasks such as sales orders, purchase invoices, and customer payments
  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment
  • Maintain accurate financial records, such as bank reconciliation and payment receipts
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
  • Provide support to team members and facilitate training when necessary
  • Work closely with the managing director.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with effective task prioritisation abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in bookkeeping and daily accounting
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Ability to supervise teams and manage staff
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
