The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department's daily operations and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

- Sending out paperwork to all newly appointed staff and ensuring everything is returned ahead of their start dates

- First day inductions for both temporary and permanent staff
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for HR team members.
- Provide administrative support to HR initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR functions within the organisation.

Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or a related administrative role is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
