Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Service Mailbox:
- Call outs – ensuring clients have provided full information and informing the relevant Coordinator.
- Clearing the mailbox by close of business each day.
- Managing Customer Paperwork:
- Quality checking engineer notes and photos for quoted works.
- Ensuring all asset information has been captured for PPMs.
- Commercial and Profitability Awareness:
- Ensuring each job is logged correctly.
- Ensuring all jobs have purchase orders to avoid invoicing issues.
- Undertaking any other duties requested by the Line Manager, consistent with the overall purpose of the post.
