About the Role:My client, an established manufacturing, installation, and service company, is seeking a full-time Helpdesk Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Service Mailbox:
    • Call outs – ensuring clients have provided full information and informing the relevant Coordinator.
    • Clearing the mailbox by close of business each day.
  • Managing Customer Paperwork:
    • Quality checking engineer notes and photos for quoted works.
    • Ensuring all asset information has been captured for PPMs.
  • Commercial and Profitability Awareness:
    • Ensuring each job is logged correctly.
    • Ensuring all jobs have purchase orders to avoid invoicing issues.
  • Undertaking any other duties requested by the Line Manager, consistent with the overall purpose of the post.
