  • Oversee and plan the outbound logistics team's daily operations.
  • Assure prompt and precise delivery of goods to clients.
  • Monitor and manage packaging inventory levels
  • Ensure that every order is shipped and completed on schedule, coordinate with the production, sales, warehouse, and customer service departments
  • Execute and uphold packing guidelines and protocols
  • Optimise packing and logistics procedures to increase efficiency
  • Make sure that company policies and safety regulations are followed.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their abilities and output
  • Create and evaluate logistics reports in order to pinpoint areas that require improvement.
The candidate:
  • Strong knowledge with industry best practices and the logistics of packaging and shipping.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capacity to manage several tasks at once and operate in a fast-paced setting
  • In date Counterbalance, Reach and HLOP licence
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be a clear advantage
