Job Description

Position: Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Bromborough

Salary: 30,000p/a

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join a dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Skills and requirements:

  • Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferred experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
