The Purpose
The role involves reviewing and dispositioning batch documentation, performing Quality Assurance checks, and providing support to the QA Manager.
The Candidate
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant quality management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management software is a plus.
The Role
- Review and approve batch documentation.
- Conduct Quality Assurance checks on finished products.
- Ensure only compliant products are released for shipment.
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding batch disposition.
- Verify correct labelling of finished products according to batch status.
- Manage and store retain samples as required.
- Ensure batch documentation is correctly filed.
- Identify, raise, and investigate batch-related non-conformances (NCs).
- Assist the Quality Managers as required
