The Purpose

The role involves reviewing and dispositioning batch documentation, performing Quality Assurance checks, and providing support to the QA Manager.

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management software is a plus.

The Role

• Review and approve batch documentation.
• Conduct Quality Assurance checks on finished products.
• Ensure only compliant products are released for shipment.
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding batch disposition.
• Verify correct labelling of finished products according to batch status.
• Manage and store retain samples as required.
• Ensure batch documentation is correctly filed.
• Identify, raise, and investigate batch-related non-conformances (NCs).
• Assist the Quality Managers as required
