Job Description

Position: Field Service Engineer

Location: Wirral

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm

Salary: 34,000 to 45,000p/a p Including Travel Time

HR GO recruitment are currently recruiting a Servicing Installation Engineer for our client based in Wirral. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the lifting sector.

Skills and requirements:

• Background in electro-mechanical or maintenance engineering (essential)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to travel nationwide for installation / inspection and servicing of our equipment on customers sites, with paid overtime (travel plus time on site)

• Willingness to work overtime in line with the company workload

• Ability to work at height

Preferred Experience:

• Electro-mechanical equipment fault finding

• Basic industrial 3 phase electrics

• Experience in low voltage control

• Ability to follow electrical schematics

• Repair of hoists and overhead cranes (preferred)

• Inspections of cranes and lifting equipment under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER)
