Berry Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Administrator who will support the Customer Account Co-ordinator by managing customer accounts and orders from enquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the sales process from start to finish.
  • Work with customers and Estimators, dealing with enquiries and estimates.
  • Update customers on the order status.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing and Production team.
  • Assist in creating samples and copy books for customer approval and exhibitions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and respond to emails.
  • Be flexible in covering staff absences and collaborate to solve problems.
