Shift Patterns: Day Shift:
- Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday (one week), Thursday to Saturday (next week)
- Hours: 05:30 - 17:30 (1-hour unpaid break)
Night Shift:
- Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday each week
- Hours: 20:00 - 06:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to ensure smooth production, high standards, and efficiency
- Monitor product quality and ensure all specifications are met
- Oversee health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Communicate effectively with the team to align with production goals
- Drive performance by meeting KPIs and minimising waste
- Train and develop staff to ensure high skill levels and productivity
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Line Leader in food production
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Understanding of health & safety and compliance in food manufacturing
- Basic Food Safety Certificate
- Good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
- Experience in a fast-paced food production environment
