Production Supervisor

Xpert Resourcing are seeking a hands on and experienced person to be responsible for all aspects of the production team based close to Wisbech.

You will ideally have experience of working within the welding / fabrication industry and be used to overseeing staff and managing teams.

Dutieswill include:

• Manage the team of welder / fabricators.
• Oversee production to make sure work is produced to a high standard.
• Strong skills in planning management, ensuring production is planned and delivered on time.
• Utilising inventory management systems to ensure stock is where is needs to be, when it needs to be there in order to maximise production.
• Train and supervise staff helping to create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Experience / skills required:

• Proven experience in welding / fabricating..
• Strong team management experience.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (between the hours of 7am - 5pm)
