As anApprenticeBranch Assistant,you will be trained on all areas ofbranch life,which will give you afantastic grounding for your future career.

Your training will support you becomingthe face of our company,gaining skills to ensure you givegreat first impressionswhen customers come into branch and provide understanding on how to createstock displaysto provide exceptionalcustomer service.

You may also support the wider branch team,calling customerswith our sales team,pickingand packingproducts in our warehouse to ensurecustomers ordersare completed on time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get in to theElectrical Trade sector,You will learn all about theindustry whilstcompleting the apprentice programmewhich will take around 15 months to finish.


ApprenticeBranch Assistant -The Person:
  • English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills, with the confidence to interact with customers and colleagues both face to face and via the phone/email
  • The ability to follow instruction
  • Confident to work in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
  • A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
  • Embracing of change and new technologies
  • Proactive approach and a natural flair for building relationships with customers
