ALH Recruitment is seeking a HR Manager for a client in Wisbech, offering an attractive salary.
The role is a 6 to 12 month contract with the potential for extension, requiring a solid HR background at the HR Manager level.
Candidates should have logistics experience and strong commercial awareness, along with effective people management and coaching skills.
The position is KPI and data-driven, supporting monthly commentary to senior management and requires strong communication abilities.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

HR Manager - Wisbech - Attractive salary

ALH Recruitment are looking for a HR Manager with immediate effect for our client based in Wisbech. This is currently a 6/12 month contract with the potential to be extended.

Logistics experience would be very advantageous with a solid HR background up to HR Manager level.

You will need strong commercial awareness, with effective people management and coaching ability to strengthen the current on site management team.

A strong character and the ability to influence and effectively communicate confidently at all levels. You will be KPI & data driven, whilst supporting monthly commentary to Senior Management and the customer will be a requirement.

This is a stand-alone, generalist role in a business that is growing rapidly and has great opportunity to grow, a strong HR focus is needed.

This position reports into the Senior HR Manager and also the GM on site.

Multi site experience would also be advantageous.

Hours - Mon-Fri 8.30-17:00 with an hour unpaid for lunch 37.5 hours per week.
