Working for a reputable business based in Wisbech, you will be responsiblefor providing front lineIT Support for all staff, dealing with any technical escalationswhere you can.
Other duties include:
- Provide technical support for all desktop, server and network issues
- Adding new devices and users using Active Directory
- Physical installation of routers, switches and firewalls
- Troubleshooting of networks
- Assist with project delivery
- Minimum of 2 years experiencein a hands on IT Supportrole
- Strong knowledge with Windows and Microsoft applications
- Understanding of network concepts
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
