We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Cambridgeshire region, who are seeking to recruit for a Residential Property Lawyer. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Conduct title searches and review search results for accuracy
  • Draught and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and deliver successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing, with a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEX etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
