Vision for Education are looking for an engaging and skilled Year 1 Teacher to join a popular village primary school in the St Neots area of Cambridgeshire for the spring and summer term, starting in January
About the roleThis role is a full time two term cover however the role could be 4 days per week if that is preferable. The appointed teacher would be taken on originally for a two term contract and then there would be an opportunity to turn permanent after the end of the school year because they have another KS1 vacancy. The role will involve working with a class of 24 well-behaved children, working alongside a very experienced colleague. There is a lot of planning and resources in place, ready to go.
About the schoolThe school is a popular village school with around 175 pupils. The school benefits from an extremely supportive SLT and a friendly work environment. The class are considered to be one of the nicest in the school.
RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will:
- To have QTS
- To have recent experience teaching in a primary school

Salary£135 to £224 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Hold QTS
- Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
- Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability and qualifying criteria).

- Full compliance with AWR (Agency Workers’ Regulations), to make sure you get the pay and working conditions you are entitled to.
