Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Site Manager for a new build housing project in Wishaw, starting January next year.
The candidate must have a valid SMSTS and First Aid certificate, with a preference for those from a Trade background.
Initially, the position will be through our Agency for a 12-week period before transitioning to full-time employment.
The Site Manager will oversee all stages of construction from foundation civils to completion handover, managing Trade subcontractors throughout the process.
The salary for this position is £55,000, along with a £5,000 car allowance.

We require a Site Manager for a new build housing project in Wishaw.

You must hold a valid SMSTS and First Aid certificate and preferably come from a Trade background.

The job starts January next year and you will initially start through our Agency and go full time after a 12 week period.

You will be overseeing the site from foundation civils stage, plot works, timber kit, roofing and internal 1st & 2ndfix to completion hand over stage. Looking after all the Trade sub contractors as the build continues.

Salary is 55k with a 5k car allowance.
