I am looking for a talented and motivated Newly Qualified Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. The practice is renowned for its expertise and collaborative approach, specialising in retail, residential, and commercial projects. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
- ARB registered
- Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
- Liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
- Work through all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
- Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Happy working independently and as part of a team
- Strong design and technical detailing abilities
- AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
