Your new companyYou will be joining a Housing Association based in Essex who are dedicated to maintaining high-quality living spaces for their tenants. They take pride in their commitment to good service, safety and long-term maintenance of their properties. This opportunity is offered on an initial three-month temporary contract, with potential to become a permanent contract.

Your new roleAs the Property Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of the properties within the portfolio. This includes supervising a team of skilled multi-trade operatives including managing schedules, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed time frames.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role, you should have hands-on experience within property maintenance and have gained experience supervising teams of maintenance operatives. You will be required to demonstrate competent Health and Safety knowledge and be confident coaching and providing guidance. Experience gained working within social housing is highly advantageous.
