Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships across Central and Northern Europe. Overseas travel will therefore be a regular occurence . This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to analyse data effectively to inform strategic decisions. The Account Manager will utilise Salesforce to track interactions and manage accounts efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Utilise Salesforce for account management, tracking interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- German speaker essential, either minimal conversationalist or preferably a fluent speaker.
