Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building strong client relationships? We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, combining home working with time spent across our regional sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound sales enquiries and delivering tailored solutions

  • Proactively managing outbound sales to develop new business

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

  • Working to and exceeding sales targets, supported by a commission structure

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management or a similar role

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and confident with general IT tools

  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets

  • Experience in the transport, logistics or related sectors is desirable
