Prime Appointments Recruitment Agency has a highly successful and well-established Office & Finance Division at its head branch, based in Witham. Due to growth and expansion in this division we are recruiting a Sales Executive / Business Development Recruiter to join our Commercial & Office team.

This role is a 40-hour Monday - Friday working week (flexible working hours between the times of 8.00am and 6.00pm)

Base salary 26,000 plus commission OTE 30 - 40k Commission is uncapped, so potential to do far better if driven to do so!

Sales Executive Day to day duties:

  • The role will be to have a mix of targeted new business combined with developing existing business; by recruiting for positions within Office, Business Support, Accountancy & Finance on a permanent basis, each role taken is often very diverse in duties and a range of salaries from 25k upwards.. Making your role a great challenge, we can train you in the skills needed to be effective within the recruitment world.
  • Perform phone-based sales calls to grow your desk through active business development. Maintaining and developing business from existing clients and engage with new ones.
  • You will be working to KPI's, liaising with clients, establishing, and managing client relationships and offering the best customer service possible.
  • In depth consulting with clients to ascertain full job specification giving advice on salaries in local areas and selling USP of our business being family owned and family run
  • Meeting clients on face-to-face basis to understand their business setup and job requirements, all sales driven round their recruitment needs, as an ever-evolving industry.
  • Confidence to pick up the phone & speak to anyone, strong negotiating skills are required and the ability to work independently and as part of team is essential.
  • Working with like-minded candidates on daily basis, by utilising our vast database of 45,000 candidates, plus we partner with many large job boards to help and enhance suitable candidates for all our roles. Making strong connections / relationships and offering great opportunities throughout East Anglia.
  • Ideally you will be educated to 'A' level or Degree standard
  • Experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Sales role is beneficial, but not essential, be a good organiser with a healthy interest in legislation relevant to our industry.
