Sales Manager

Role Overview

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of process control instrumentation equipment in the UK, such as electricity meters and manufacturing equipment. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team, reporting to the Sales Director. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of 9, whilst also achieving your personal sales targets. You will be given several Key Accounts to begin with and will be expected to build your own client base alongside this.

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
