The Role
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and enhanced retailer partnerships. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, sales team, and key retail partners, you will drive campaigns, measure effectiveness, and align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored trade marketing strategies for key retailer channels.
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to align trade marketing plans with overall brand objectives
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Plan and manage trade marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store activations.
- Oversee the creation of point-of-sale materials, displays, and merchandising tools to boost brand visibility.
- Analyse sales data, shopper insights, and campaign outcomes to refine future strategies.
- Effectively manage the trade marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Profile:
- Demonstratable experience in trade marketing or shopper experience marketing.
- A confident and outgoing professional with a proactive mindset.
- Experience in event planning and execution, budget management, and marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
