Credit Controller

Witham - 3 days a week / 2 days WFH

Up to £30,000

Working as part of a team of 5, reported to the Credit Manager. My client is looking for a good team fits for this friendly and growing business. Candidates need to be able to work in a changing environment as new systems and procedures are put in place to improve inefficiencies.

Managing own ledger of 150-200 customers, collecting £2-3 million monthly
Chasing customers for outstanding debts by telephone, email and statements
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Liaising internally with Directors and Account Managers to help with query resolution
Allocation of cash
Monthly reconciliation of accounts
Monthly aged debtor reporting and debtors meeting

Requirements

3-5 years Credit Control experience in a commercial business
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability and motivation to work off own initiative
Able to work to deadlines and cash collection targets
Ability to communicate internally with stakeholders
