Excellent opportunity for an experienced customer services agent to join an outstanding organisation as part of their remote customer service agents.
****You will have customer service experience and be able to commute on site at their other offices including London/Essex once a month.
Customer Services experience required:
- Builds and maintains excellent customer relationships
- Guides customer through any general account or contract queries
- Resolve or re direction of complex customer issues
- Ideally someone self motivated and has a professional attitude with all clients
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment and to KPIs
- Excellent written communication skills on email
- Providing customer support and advice by maintaining good knowledge of company products and service
