Our client, a leading player in the steel industry, is seeking a talented and driven Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Witham. If you're ready to be part of a successful and innovative company, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Promote and Sell: Drive sales of our client's products and services within your assigned territory, ensuring the best commercial rates and adhering to the highest Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
  • Negotiate and Secure: Use the Power Pricing system to negotiate prices and secure lower volume sales leads, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current customers, generating future sales and repeat business.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with production and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of secured orders, managing delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Market Insight: Provide valuable feedback on customer and competitor activity to help the organization respond to changing market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored product suggestions.
  • Calculate and quote prices for products, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Promote additional products and value-added services to meet customer needs.
  • Manage quotes within the Power Pricing system, keeping track of project statuses and customer requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service , expeirence in a similar role a strong advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Power Pricing, ARMA, CRM systems, and Success Factors is a plus.
