Assure Personnel are currently supporting a Risk Management Services based in Witham, to recruit for a Business Compliance Auditor.
Main Purpose of Job:
Co-ordinating and conducting internal audits of the company's management system, policies, & processes as required, ensuring the timely and effective implementation of corrective actions where they are identified by the system.
Main Duties:
- Conduct and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Audit Building Safety Case Reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Develop, allocate, and maintain an effective audit plan.
- Advise and support staff on compliance with relevant standards.
- Maintain knowledge of management systems and compliance requirements.
- Promote company-wide awareness through training and support.
- Develop and update policies and processes as needed.
- Implement and verify corrective actions promptly.
Requirements for the Role:
- Qualified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, with experience as a Business Compliance Auditor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Internal auditing: 2 years (preferred)
