Our client, is an independant broker located in Essex, who has a stong presents for their expertise in providing Professional Indemnity insurance to a diverse range of businesses, including Architects, Solicitors, Surveyors, and other professional sectors.

They are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Trainee Account Executive to join their Team and play a crucial role in expanding their presence in the Market, full training will be provided for this opportunity.

  • The Role - Trainee PI Account Executive
  • Salary: £25,000 + commission and benefits
  • Location: Witham, Chelmsford

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, organized, and innovative individual who thrives on the challenges of generating and nurturing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying potential business leads, and closing deals with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with an outgoing personality and exceptional telephone manner (This is a telephone-based role).
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, with a passion for engaging in conversations over the phone.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Possess strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems

What you will need to succeed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Levels - C and above
  • Strong Sales accumen
  • Target focused
  • Previous Sales experience an advantage but not essential
