We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to oversee and enhance the living experience in these high quality, professionally managed homes for rent. With experience in lettings, you will be at the heart of community engagement, providing exceptional service and ensure residents feel values and well-cared for. This is a property development company that provides single-family housing across the UK, owned and operated entirely by the company itself. This exciting company is set to with a growth plan to be quadrupled within the next 5 years. Title: Senior Resident Services Manager

Location: Essex

Reporting to: Head of Resident Services

Salary: £32,700 + 4 k car allowance + bonus

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Conducting physical viewings for potential tenants.
  • Reporting weekly to the Head of Resident Services on maintenance jobs.
  • Support tenants through the offering process and regularly communicate with residents on development updates.
  • Ensure all check-in and out processes are smooth for residents and make sure properties are left in good conditions.
  • Provide communication link between contractors and residents
  • Registering deposits and conducting inventories.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating meaningful relationships with tenants.

Who are we looking for?

  • Confident and personable manor
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management, with a close attention to detail
  • Exhibit a compassionate and understanding attitude in all situations and towards tenants
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a target driven environment
  • Must hold a full current UK driving license and your own car will be essential for which mileage will be paid
  • Experience of lettings, residential development or property management
  • IT literate and the confidence to become the system expert of the property management software
