About the Role:

Are you a dedicated legal professional with a passion for criminal and enforcement law? We are seeking a highly motivated Criminal and Enforcement Lawyer to join our client’s dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile and groundbreaking cases, providing expert advice on all aspects of criminal law and enforcement issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of both contentious and non-contentious criminal and enforcement matters.
  • Advise clients on fraud, consumer protection, planning and environmental enforcement, and highways enforcement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor/barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with current membership of the Law Society, Bar Standards Board, or Cilex.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (lawyers with less experience will be considered).
  • Proven track record in providing legal advice in a politically sensitive environment.
  • Experience in all stages of the criminal investigation process and running criminal cases.
  • Advocacy experience in the Magistrates court is an advantage.
