They would also consider a newly qualified applicant with the potential to gain Duty Solicitor status. Higher Rights are an advantage but not essential. The Role:
  • Representing clients and preparing cases to a high standard.
  • Out-of-hours duties, including Police and Magistrates' Court caseloads.
  • Working closely with experienced lawyers.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prepare serious and technical cases.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to work remotely.
  • A passion for client care and delivering high-quality service.
