About the Role:

Are you a passionate legal professional with expertise in employment law? We are seeking a dedicated Employment Lawyer to join our Client's Dispute Resolution and Employment Law Team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile and groundbreaking employment matters, providing expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including claims at Employment Tribunal and appellate court levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Advise clients on discrimination claims, unfair dismissal, TUPE, settlement agreements, restructures, and trade union provisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor/barrister with current membership of the Law Society or Bar Standards Board.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (lawyers with less experience will be considered).
  • Proven track record in handling a full range of employment law matters.
  • Commercial awareness with sufficient professional credibility to maintain the existing client base.
  • Ability to work independently while delivering team and corporate objectives.
