Description

  • Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, personal injury claims, and employment law cases, from inception to resolution.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation, providing expert legal advice and advocacy to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Engage in negotiations to settle disputes out of court, aiming to achieve the best possible terms for clients while minimizing litigation costs.
  • Advise clients on legal compliance and risk management strategies to prevent future disputes and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

The Person

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Will consider NQs and experienced individuals
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
