Location is south-east London, Essex or Kent areaWe are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.You should be capable of delivering the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries,Overseeing planned PPM/compliance work and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will be assisting contractors and subcontractors and ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours,With a proactive and positive approach to work. You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level 2 or 3. With experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service. You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and build Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
