As with so many roles of this level, the ability to effectively communicate with contractors at all levels is crucial.
The business is a leader in there market and specialise within healthcare recruitment and whilst they are naturally keen to improve this function in line with the processes and procedures, exposure to elements of NHS Framework Healthcare compliance standard is essential.
