SEN Teacher with Excellent Behavioural Management Skills

Position: SEN Teacher for a Primary School
Start Date: September
Full time or Part time available
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Work with students with SEN Autism, ADHD & children with all different backgrounds you will need to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Teach and inspire children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create an inclusive and effective learning environment.
- Utilize strong behavioural management skills, including experience with restraint when necessary, to ensure a safe and supportive classroom.
- Support children from various backgrounds, including those with a history of care and trauma, providing them with the understanding and stability they need.
SEN Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience working with students with SEN.
- Strong background in teaching KS1/KS2 children.
- Excellent behavioural management skills, including experience in restraint techniques.
- Passion for SEN education and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Drive to progress into a role with additional responsibility in the future.
