A thriving sub-contract engineering company in Witham is looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company with a full order book, interesting projects, and plenty of overtime available at increased rates!

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime available most weeks

What You'll Be Working On:

MIG & TIG welding - working primarily with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
Fabricating custom parts such as platforms, staircases, machine guards, trolleys, and frames
Operating workshop machinery including press brakes, guillotines, and CNC brake presses
Interpreting CAD drawings and basic technical drawings
Occasionally attending local client sites using a company vehicle (full UK driving licence required)
All travel to client sites is paid

What We're Looking For:

Confident with both MIG & TIG welding
Experience fabricating using workshop machinery
Able to read and interpret technical drawings
Proactive, hands-on approach to custom builds and problem-solving
Full driving licence for occasional site visits
