Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant

As a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will support children with SEN, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Essential:
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.

Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Knowledge of specific SEN conditions and interventions.
- Training in safeguarding and child protection.
