• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high standards and timely delivery
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to provide tailored advice to clients
• Confidently communicate with client staff, including Directors and CFOs, to address audit matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for the firm’s growth
• Supervise and develop a team of junior auditors, providing mentorship and technical guidance
• Support the preparation of audit tenders for new business opportunities

• ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a solid background in auditing
• Proven experience in leading audits and managing client relationships
• Strong technical understanding of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Leadership potential with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff
• Organisational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively

• £38,000 to £48,000 pa
