Role Responsibilities
  • Supervising a varied client portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met and workloads are prioritised effectively
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in accordance with FRS 102 and IFRS
  • Preparing and reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax returns
  • Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns for individuals and sole traders
  • Providing tailored business advice, including tax planning, financial strategy, and restructuring
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Training and mentoring junior team members, fostering their development
  • Using and staying updated with the latest accounting software and technologies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance client service
