We are delighted to be working with a forward thinking and innovative business in Burford who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis to ensure a smooth running of the business, assisting with administration, customer service and finance.
As the Administrator, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday within a temporary contract of 3 months, to then move to permanent and will be reporting to the Operations Manager and Director.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Being the first point of contact via email and telephone to customers and clients
. Assisting with all administrative, banking and accounts duties and monitoring all inboxes
. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth transitions
. Preparing quotes and reports, dealing with sales orders and updating management with activites
The ideal candidate will be:
. Experience in finance using, Xero would be beneficial
. Communicative, self-motivated and driven qualities
. Strong experience in customer service and administration
