Based near Whitney and close to Wycombe Way, we are looking for a strongSous CheforHead Chefthat will be part of this successful Gastropub/British Inn - understanding of fresh produce, suppliers, costing, and a background in a good reputable casual fine dining establishment is essential. You will be part of a small but lovely team whilst working directly with the owner. As part of this great project,whoever comes in will have full creative menu input.
