With our well-respected CNC Machining department growing, were now in a position to take on a new CNC Miller Setter Operator to join our small team, in order to take on responsibility for day-to-day setting and operating4 axis horizontal CNC mills to machine components which will go on to be used in a huge variety of industries from medical science and research, to formula one and many things in between.

What experience will you need?
Youll be an experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator,comfortablesetting and operating a modern 4 axis CNC milling machine. Experience with Fanuc type controls would be ideal but if youre familiar with similar then well be very happy to hear from you. You don't need to be able to produce programs because we have someone who can do this but the more you know, the more you can help with proving out and improving programs for existing and new parts. Youll also be happy using a range of gauges to check your work against drawings, and to work with the supportive inspection team to resolve any engineering challenges.
Youll probably have more than two years experience of working as a CNC Miller Setter Operator but if you have the skills already in less time, then we'll welcome your application too.
As an experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator youll know this already but to be clear, youll be confident to set up and prove out CNC milling programs for a 4 axis CNC mill to produce high quality component parts which are accurate to engineering drawings.

Location:Witney, commutable from Burford,Carterton,Eynsham, North Swindon, Oxford and surrounding areas.
Working hours:37.5 hour working week7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday. Lunchtime finish every Friday.
Pay rate:Were looking to payavery good salary plus one of the best benefits packages there is, so please do get in touch and well be happy to consider your requirements. All overtime is paid at time and a half.
