A leading UK manufacturer is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing and recovering outstanding payments, ensuring healthy cash flow, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities:Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Chasing overdue debts. Allocating daily receipts, including BACS, card payments, and transactions in GBP, USD, and Euro accounts. Releasing customer orders. Sending out monthly statements. Verifying discrepancies and resolving queries promptly. Raising ad hoc credits and invoices. Collaborating with internal departments to provide first-class service to customers and accounts. Working closely with a dedicated sales executive to secure payments and address outstanding queries. Assisting with month-end procedures and financial reporting. Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements. Requirements:Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and accounting software. Salary & Benefits:

25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day every three years (up to a maximum of 28 days). 4% pension contribution. Discretionary bonus scheme. Free parking.
