Description
German Speaking Credit Controller:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers to address any payment issues.
- Chasing debts by phone/email.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Monitoring and control of debt/Aged debt overview.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of credit control.
- Prepare monthly reports on account status and collection progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall objectives of the Accounting & Finance department.
- Utilise a working knowledge of German and English to liaise with international customers.
- Support the continuous improvement of the credit control process within the company.
Profile
A successful German Speaking Credit Controller should have:
- Proficiency in both German and English languages.
- A solid understanding of credit control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
